The standard setup

1. Cooler

2. Ice packs
4 Cooler Shock Medium Packs
Use the 10 by 10 inch four-pack. Freeze all four for at least 24 hours before delivery day, then use all four every time.

Add one clean bath towel
Fold it into a nest between the frozen packs and the greens. It protects the leaves from direct frozen contact and fills empty air so the cooler holds temperature longer.
Set it up the night before
Four quick steps

Freeze all four packs
Give the Cooler Shock packs at least 24 hours in the freezer so they are frozen solid.

Build the towel nest
Place two packs on the bottom and two along the sides. Fold the towel between the packs and the delivery area.

Latch the cooler
Put it in your normal delivery spot the night before. Use shade when it is available, but do not stress if it is not.

We place the greens inside
Your driver puts the containers in the towel nest and closes the cooler. Bring them into your refrigerator when you get home.
Use all four packs. The combination of four fully frozen packs, the towel, and a latched cooler is what makes this setup work.

Electric or garage fridge

Use it only in a covered, dry location with the cord and outlet protected from weather.

Garage refrigerator access
If you already have a refrigerator in the garage, give us one permanent garage code and we can place the greens directly inside.
Permanent codes only. We cannot manage temporary or expiring codes.
Keep the refrigerator easy to reach. Make sure there is clear space inside for the delivery.
Have a backup spot. If the code does not work, your driver will use your cooler or normal delivery location.
Delivery window
Wednesday through Friday, 6am to 5pm. Routes are usually completed earlier.
Guarantee active
Leaving the cooler out on delivery day keeps your freshness guarantee active.
