Cauliflower Quinoa Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, riced
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup fresh microgreens
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder

Instructions

    Rice cauliflower and sauté until dry

    Mix with quinoa, breadcrumbs, eggs, and seasonings

    Form into patties

    Bake at 400°F for 20-25 min, flipping halfway

    Top with microgreens and serve
