Ingredients

  • 1 banana (or 1 cup frozen fruit)
  • 1–2 handfuls microgreens (start small if new)
  • 1–1.5 cups water or milk
  • Optional: lemon, ginger, protein scoop

    Blend liquid + fruit first

    Add greens last and blend briefly

    Taste and adjust (more lemon/ginger if you want)
