Ingredients
- 1 banana (or 1 cup frozen fruit)
- 1–2 handfuls microgreens (start small if new)
- 1–1.5 cups water or milk
- Optional: lemon, ginger, protein scoop

Instructions

Blend liquid + fruit first

Add greens last and blend briefly
