Vanilla Pea Shoots Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup pea shoots, blended
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butter

    Blend pea shoots with eggs until smooth
